1. Services (Installation, Repairs, Maintenance)
a) Service Completion
Due to the nature of our services (installation, repair, and maintenance), refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed.
b) Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will:
- Inspect the issue
- Offer corrective service if the concern is found to be related to our workmanship
- Resolve the matter in a fair and reasonable manner
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns.
2. Product Returns (Parts and Equipment)
If you have purchased parts, equipment, or materials from us, the following conditions apply:
a) Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7–14 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided
b) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Custom-made or specially ordered items
- Electrical components once installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is received damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and proof of purchase
- We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer replacement or repair
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days
- Shipping or transportation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Order Cancellations
a) Before Installation or Dispatch
Orders may be canceled before dispatch or installation. Any advance payment may be refunded after deducting administrative or procurement costs, if applicable.
b) After Dispatch or Special Orders
Orders for special-order equipment or custom-built systems cannot be canceled once procurement or fabrication has begun.
6. Warranty
Certain equipment and parts may be covered under manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Our workmanship warranty (if applicable) will be clearly stated in your service agreement or invoice.
